The world of advertising brought me joy this week with the release of this beautiful ad for Louis Vuitton.
Slightly reminiscent of the Da VInci Code, but worth watching for the aesthetics.
You can watch the video below; my favourite part is actually this last shot of the hot air balloon rising into the Parisian sky above the Louvre, the grey roofs, the sunlight piercing through the clouds and of course the Eiffel Tower on the horizon.
I also adore their choice of model and her simple, very French and very chic attire. Her simple turtle neck top with mid length sleeves, a charming tweed skirt and of course the perfect bag, it is timeless.
How nice to see a model modelling, when these days we only seem to see actors in the top ads.
She is Arizona Muse, an American model who manages to look convincingly French. And besides her classical beauty, you have to admire her ability to run over the cobbled courtyard in those heels! I have walked around the Louvre often enough to know that wasn't easy to perform!
